Here we go again

So I’m 4 months postpartum, and EBF. I had a really funky period in August, and had spotting this past Friday. I didn’t think much of it because my period is so out of whack right now. Well this morning I thought maybe I should just check, since my predicted period is 2 days late. Y’all I am in total shock. Excited, scared, overwhelmed, and in disbelief. I have absolutely no idea how far I am since my periods have been so goofy, and I wasn’t tracking my ovulation. I took these all this afternoon. I think it’s safe to say #3, and possibly my Irish twin baby is en route. Any advice from mamas in/l similar situations or have kids really close in age is very welcome!
