Won’t nap for me

My LO (19 weeks old now) started daycare 4 weeks ago. She naps fine at daycare but when we are at home she will not nap in her crib for me anymore. She has gone down for her dad just not me. She starts to cry when I lean over the crib. I still put her down and try to calm her but after about 30 minutes I just holder her in the chair so she can sleep. Anyone else have this happen? Any tips?
