Could I be pregnant?!

These are my symptoms....I'm moody and weepy. I've had a headache since Sunday, my back and body is so sore, I've been so thirsty. I've been exhausted like more tired than I've literally ever been and I was sick for like 2 days and now feel sick randomly. I've had cramping and I had spotting last week and my discharge is white and creamy, a little more than usual. AF is due Friday, I've taken three tests all have said negative but I took those all last week. What do you guys think?!
