new pill questions

i recently switched doctors and they apparently switched my pill (junel fe) from 21 days active pill to 24 active pills. i’m worried about side effects. i’ve been nauseous and my boobs hurt. i had sex once this month but he used a condom and pulled out and checked for holes, so i don’t think i need to worry. i did take my pill an hour late the night before tho. does anyone have experience with the 24 day pill? if so, what did you like/dislike about it?
