This is actually crazy 🙈🙈

I have a fetal heart beat monitor from my last pregnancy, i haven't been on since end of july and all test are negative but I have a feeling I am so i tried it and found a heart beat i don't know if I'm going crazy but it was at 140/160 what should I do call doctors i sound mad
