Has my baby stopped growing?

As of the last 2 days, I have not been able to find baby on the doppler at 12 weeks. I thought baby was pretty big by this time and I would have no problem like my doc at 10 weeks but no such luck. My next appointment isn't for another month. Should I keep trying or call the doc?

I never found the heartbeat on the Doppler it was always hard for me.. call ur doctor if you are worried, my daughter will be 2 next month

Doctors use them daily over snd over. It can be very difficult for some to locate it. And at 10 weeks baby js stikk onky a few inches long.
Im 18 weeks and baby boy js only about 6inches.

This is the reason midwives over here won’t use a doppler until 16 weeks

Baby is still pretty small and has loads of space to move around. 
Somethings that I found helped were using a couple of pillows under my butt to tilt my pelvis, and waiting at least a couple of hours after I ate so baby didn’t get lost in all the gurgling digestive noises. 
Most likely everything is fine.

I’m 17 weeks and still have trouble from time to time finding the heartbeat because if they ball up in one side it’s verrrry hard to get that little heart!

Baby likely just moving around and hard to get on Doppler 
This has happened in my other pregnancies 
Was able to find later in day or following day
