Need advice

Was due period yesterday and only got a light pink spotting then had nothing since. Didn't get any of my usual pms symptoms the few days before so thought I'd take a pregnancy test today. I waited the minute and all I could see was a faint line, thought I was seeing things and imagining it cos I wanted to see it. Said to keep for 10 mins then discard. After the 10 mins was up I could see the line a wee bit clearer. If I am I must only be about a week or a week and a half. Could this be a positive test?
