UTI or something else

So this is my 2nd UTI 18+6 weeks. I had one last month and got another this month I think (did urine test yesterday) mon was feeling pressure on stomach and peeing a lot like every 10 min (at night) Im just a little concerned Im getting them so often has anyone else? Also still waiting for results on this test (heard it could take up to 5 days) hope it’s ok they don’t have me on any meds for UTI but doc said she could put me on some while we wait for the results. I just don’t want anything to harm the baby..do you ladies think it’s another UTI 2nd time around? Some symptoms are peeing 10-20 min apart..but luckily no pain do feel a lil pressure when Im done peeing. Doc said she could put me on medication while we wait for results what would you ladies recommend? I just don’t want to be taking so much meds😣TIA
