Low placenta 3 previous c-sections

Hi Ladies, I have had 3 previous c-sections and I asked my doctor results from my ultrasound and he said my placenta is low but didn't say how close or far it was to my cervix. I know it is posterior but I read online that if its posterior and you've had previous c-sections it more likely to stay low. Has anyone else had the same thing and what was your outcome? I'm worried because of my previous c-sections
