Could this be early pregnancy symptoms?

So my period is due on the 24th of November but for the last 2 weeks I have had slitting headaches, sore boobs, sometimes itchy boobs, itchy tummy, extreme tiredness (even though I normally sleep 8 1/2 hours a night. I sometimes feel dizzy/lightheaded, feel sick and loss of appetite. Are these normally early signs of pregnancy. Normally before AF I get swollen boobs and spots a week before but I haven't had it this time. I did a pregnancy test this morning which was negative but I assume it's too early to test.
