Anyone else feel uncomfortably HUGE?!

Not like you’re showing big time, but your uterus just feels so full it hurts??! My uterus feels full, heavy and it is a dull achey pain. It’s hard to walk, sit down, stand, roll over in bed, anything. I just turned 14 weeks today! This is my second pregnancy and I’m not showing yet (I was bigger before I got pregnant). Anyone else feel this way or is it literally just me?! I see others saying “wow I don’t even feel pregnant” and I’m over feeling like I’m 42 weeks 🤣
