Kegel question
I know you squeeze for 3-5 seconds then relax. But are you also suppose to push at any point?
My problem is I’m not emptying my bladder. I have to run back to the bathroom 2/3 times before I’m done. It sucks. My dr recommended kegels. I have Kegel balls that ive used the past few months, but it’s not really helping. So maybe I’m doing it wrong.
