Maternity leave from work?

About how far along were some of you whenever you took maternity leave from work? I'm no where close to that but I'd like to have a time frame before I get too far along.

I just turned 36 weeks and due to my blood pressure the dr said i was done working and am now on bed rest.

Depending on the state you live/work in you could get 4 weeks before your due date. Your doctor's office might be help as well.

I worked until one week before my due date.

I stopped working at about two months lol I have really bad back problems so the dr put me off work. So I was on sick leave, my maternity didn't technically start till about 8 weeks ago. I'm due Friday.

Waited until the baby was born. That way I didn't waste my maternity leave sitting and waiting for baby to arrive. :) plus it took my mind off things and kept me busy.
