Hymen

I had a septate hymen, it's like a rubber band and it made like two openings to my vagina and when me and my boyfriend had sex he snapped it in half and now one half is on the outside of my vagina and the other half is in the inside but if I look I can see it, and like it's been 5 months and it's still there. Will it go away? And my doctor won't do anything about it
