I’m scared ..

I went to the ER bc I was having some pains.

and they did an ultrasound but according to my app I’m 9 weeks as of today .. and they told me baby is measuring at 4.3 mm which would respond to 6 weeks 1 day. with a note that says “ however there is no evidence for fetal heart beat.” ???? I’m WORRIED . can someone explain this paper work to me .. please ..

As for the waives testing results under HCG URINE ... and reference range it says negative .. is that meaning I’m not pregnant ? I don’t understand this ...
