Hormonal IUD and sperm

Okays I I have a question , so I’m on Birth control for 3 months already and my boyfriend has never cum inside of me until today .. and Im a little scared because even tho I have the hormonal IUD I’m scared I can still get pregnant because I take medication for epilepsy.. do y’all think it may affect even tho when I got the IUD the doctor said that it was as affective as a person that don’t take medication?
