A pediatric dentist is the most qualified person to diagnose lip and tongue ties, I highly recommend taking baby to one and having them check it out to see what they think!

It would be a lip tie, if it is one. Best to ask your pediatrician or a pediatric ent as you can't really tell from pictures

I was just told it’s very hard to tell in pictures because it depends on the movement. Also if it’s not affecting them eating or “talking” then not to worry about it. I would bring it up at the next doctor visit.
