Pregnancy scare!!

Hey girlies , I need alot of advice and just absolutely anything please!!

I got the bar over 6 months ago, after I got the bar I got my normal period only once and then I completely stopped bleeding.i have been having unprotected sex ever since getting the bar. For the past 3 days I’ve been super tired and have had the tenderest breasts and I went to the toilet and I’m bleeding buts it’s very very lightly (pretty sure it’s spotting) . My body is feeling so different. I need help please girls !!
