Mono !? Help!!

Question

So boyfriend told me he might have mono . We recently were together and had mad out often.  So I'm guessing I probably have it now? Anyone ever have it? Any advice

I had it in junior high school. 7th grade. I was sick for 3 weeks straight, lost 30 lbs and got to the point I couldn't walk. I would go in to the dr and get check immediately and they will tell you what is best as far as treatment.

I've had reoccurring mono several times. It's miserable and there aren't a lot of options. You can ask for steroids and those help a little.

I had it when I was like 21.  IT WAS HORrrRRRIIIBLLLLEEEEEEEE!   I was so sick for so long, couldn't even swallow my spit.  But they Doctor can't really do anything but diagnose and help with symptoms.  It just has to ru. It's course.  I heard that some people can be carriers of mono but never get sick.  I was sick for weeks and kissed my husband and he never got sick.

I cured my mono with coconut oil!  The doctor said I would be sick for at least a month. I felt completely horrible. I started taking coconut oil capsules and I was cured in 3 days!

I had it sophomore year but still went to school and work. It's just a long term flu with more coughing

I ended up in the hospital for over a week with it. Definitely go to the doctor to get checked out

My sister had it in high school. She was out of school for at least a month. 
Go to your dr. It's pretty serious.
