FTM!!! Hoping i had my last appointment today
Doctor told me today I was 3cm and 80% effaced .. hearing that made me so excited but everybody telling me I can be 3cm dilated for another week BTW I'm 39.4
I also walked after the appointment will walking more and doing stairs make me dilate faster
