Back Pain Help
Hey guys! Need some suggestions I’m 32 +2 and am having AWFUL back pain. Especially when I’m on my feet at work. I get so uncomfortable/in pain that I’m almost in tears. I’m also having tons of pressure in my pelvic region. Is there anything i can do to help with the back pain while I’m working? I dont have the option to just sit down whenever
