This carpal tunnel is gettin' real

Kimberly

Anyone else dealing with carpal tunnel??

A few weeks ago I started noticing my hands would get that tingling numb feeling in the middle of the night. Now it's every night. It's all night. I wake up 16 times to pee and my hands are either totally asleep (tingling) or hurt to bend my fingers because they're so stiff. I figured out I can't have my hands raised near my head (which is odd bc articles suggest keeping your hands above your heart to help minimize the discomfort) or it's even worse. So now I sleep with my arms straight out like a damn zombie and try not to lay on them too much. And they huuuuuurt!! It's getting worse and worse as my pregnancy continues. I just hope it goes away after delivery! I'm thankful that (for now, at least) it doesn't happen during the day.
