Did anyone on here went through being 7+3 wks pregnant with sac no baby?.....

Question

I have an app today with my OB doctor they want me to come in at the hospital they found a sac that measures 7+3 wks but no baby or pole! 
What now will they do a DNC or they will want to wait and see where this go’s.... I’m so nervous never had this happen before always had healthy pregnancies. 😔♥️

This happened to me. A week later there was a fetal pole and heartbeat. Two weeks later I miscarried. 
BUT this just happened to my friend and she had a repeat ultrasound a week later and now she's 13 weeks. 
PLEASE have a repeat ultrasound in a week or so. You never know which way this could go.

I think it's best to get a follow-up ultrasound in a few weeks.  I had an empty sac at seven weeks and waited two more to get a follow-up ultrasound.  For me, I started to miscarry naturally the day of the second ultrasound.  I have read posts of other women here who got a heartbeat at that second ultrasound though!

There are 2 scenarios here 1) you ovulated later than you thought you did or 2) you miscarried

Happened to me where I went in for an ultrasound and there was a 7 week sac but it was empty. I had a blighted ovum. I ended up with a D&C
