I need opinions please ! Please read

So my period was due Sept 4th ... never got it , on sept 9th I had a tiny few little specks of red when I wiped same on sept 10th . I also I had hcg Quan done and it was 0.6 which is negative. Then yesterday evening I had some red watery discharge or spotting and only this morning ( not through the night ) then this morning I had some light brown . So I took a test last night and this morning . What do y’all think could be going on ! I swear I can see light positives
