I feel your pain😩 I’m 26 weeks now with number 2, but I’ve suffered with sciatic pain ever since I had my first (he was 1 on Sunday). It was bad the first time around and continued after he was born, and now I’m pregnant again it’s agony! If I twist or step funny I physically can’t move! The twinges are insane! It’s the most annoying kind of back pain. Stretches are meant to be good, if you google the right ones to do. It’s just managing to do them with a big belly that’s the hard part😂

I have no idea is my pain is sciatica or not 🧐. With every pregnancy (and only in pregnancy) I have pain around my tail bone. Like when I lay down and then if I move or turn the pin is jarring or when I bend down. Some days it’s worse than others.

Meeee I soak in the tub every night! I’m on my feet all day long with patients and by the end of the day I’m really hurting 😩

Yes it was horrible! I was sometimes scared to walk cause it’d randomly hit and the pain was so bad I’d just fall to the floor. I took Tylenol sometimes and my doctor told me to do these stretches but I can’t remember them.
