What are you using to help your chances of conceiving? What are you using/have you used to help stay pregnant?

I have had no troubles getting pregnant but unfortunately, I have not been able to stay pregnant. I have had two miscarriages.
I just started taking vitex+ & zazzee (brand) myo- inositol with the hopes they well help regulate my hormones which can help me stay pregnant. 
What worked for you?

Highly recommend reading It Starts With the Egg. The primary purpose is to address egg quality specific to recurrent miscarriage and failed IUI/IVF cycles. One of the things from the book that I’ve started is using CoQ10 (after consulting with my doctor). The book is also on Kindle & Audible.

Same thing with me. I’ve had 2 miscarriages and a chemical. I’ve tried several things but nothing seems to work. Has your doctor done any tests? I got tested for the blood clotting disorder and my thyroid checked. Mine both came back normal.
