Do Sympathy Pains really exist?

Question

I have three sisters. All younger than me. I'm 22, my sisters are 19, 17, and 16. My 19 year old sister got pregnant and gave birth when she was only 15. My other two baby sisters are now pregnant, K 17, M 16. K due June 27, 2016. M due July 10, 2016. Their two weeks apart, K is 8 weeks and M is 6 weeks. 
I had a scanty 1 day period, food cravings, nausea and vomiting, headaches, heartburn and frequent urination. 
My question is 
Do sympathy pains really exist? 
Can you feel pregnant when one or two of your family members become pregnant? 
Or should I suck it up and take a test?..
I'm scared, excited, emotional and anxious. I didn't want to test in case the test turned positive!.. But now I don't know! 
What do y'all think?..

Test to make sure, but my husband when we first conceived he was the one feeling all the symptoms while I was just chilling.

Take a test to be sure of course you never know! But my mother got some pretty strong cravings for chocolate milk when I found out I was pregnant lol. She knew someone was.

Well when your a doula your period starts just before your client calls to say they are in labor. I thought I was alone in the weirdness, but apparently it's super common. It doesn't work now because I'm on BC. But before, I had this every time a client was about to go into labor. It caused unnatural period cramps. I seriously could not understand how it was even possible. Not like normal cramps where you get faint and puke and stuff.. But like I had a whole little thing going on in my body. I contacted my doula trainer and she said she gets the same thing and that people call her all the time freaked out by it. 
I was still able to focus and fulfill my jobs of course.
