Braxton hicks/painful contractions
I’ve been having braxton hicks sporadically all day and now starting this evening I’ve been having what I think are contractions but not consistent, they are crampy and hurt my back. It’s been more than 2 years since I’ve experienced labor so I have no idea what I’m looking for, my hospital has the 5-1-1 rule to call. They get better if I get up and do things but also more noticeable, if that makes sense🤷🏼♀️
