Why is my belly button red?

This is my belly button. It was hurting a few days ago, the pain has gone away. But now it has some clear discharge and it’s red and feels sore/burning. I put my finger in and it feels like there’s a scratch in there if that makes sense. But I can’t see it. I don’t know how that would happen being I’m a big girl, and I honestly hardly scratch my belly button. Has anyone had this issue before?
