What works for you?
*37 weeks tomorrow*
The past 4 days i have had horrible pain in my groin area and upper inner thigh. I’m talking crying and yelling trying to roll over and get out of bed. My waddle is atrocious lol. This hasn’t happened before but it’s not ending. I stretch daily, use the ball daily, and see the chiropractor weekly. I’ve been trying Epsom salt baths and massage from hubby but they don’t even phase the pain. I do wear a belly band as well. I’m at my wits end, as I had to wake my husband up at 2am to ask him to help me get out of bed because I was literally stuck due to pain. I should add I do walk regularly and tried taking a break but that did nothing. I have also been using Tylenol.
Has anyone experiencing this found something that worked for them? Am I stuck with this?
