Postpartum joint pain??

Hi all I'm jus gone 6 weeks pp and have really bad joint pain come on esp right wrist. Hand goes all wonky weak and numb, stiff.. Can barely make a fist. Happens off and on. Worried abt RA!

I have joint pain all over. I think it's inflammation? I've been trying to figure it out for a while. My body just hurts all over. Especially my finger joints.

Look up Mommy Wrist. It’s an actual thing because of how your wrists tend to be angled for extended amounts of time while holding the baby. I try to be more aware of how I’m holding her and adjust frequently.

Omg yes! I was just googling this at 4am while feeding my son LOL! My right wrist just started hurting and my ring finger will go numb from time to time. I think mine is from the constant bending of my wrist while breastfeeding and patting him on the back to burp.

I get pain in my right wrist, too.  Mine happens at night if I’m holding my baby for a long time.
