Brown discharge and slight cramping

My results came back positive from the blood test I had 2 days ago but this afternoon I've started getting brownish coloured discharge and when I checked my cervix there were little dark brown clots... I have slight cramping but it's not bad... Just took a test and its come up positive so not too sure... I'm supposed to be 4 weeks 5 days... I've already had 5 miscarriages but I normally get really bad cramping and red blood... I'm not sure what to think or do :(
