Worried of having a miscarriage

I been having bleed like this when I wipe. I have a little bit on blood on my pad. I'm worried I will miscarriage. I did have a missed miscarriage a year ago and I didn't have any bleeding before the miscarriage until I had a d&c. This will be my fourth pregnancy as I lose the third one due to anencephaly at 20 weeks. I'm praying this will stick 🙏.
