Nausea day of missed period

So I’ve been having slight nausea and moderate at night before bed for about a week already and today I missed my

Period which Is a big sign since this app has predicted my period right for months on the dot and I’ve only ever been late when I was pregnant with my first and today my nausea is pretty bad but my head is still telling me that I’m like over thinking since it’s way too early for symptoms and my period could come what do you guys think also anything that can help with the nausea if period doesn’t come 😭?
