Sedentary lifestyle and birth

Everyone keeps telling me childbirth will be very difficult for me because of how sedentary my life's been and how I am sensitive/weak/in need of toughening up (all because I felt unwell after traveling). They keep comparing me to themselves, saying they were still so active in their last weeks of pregnancy while I can't even travel without tiring out at 20 weeks.

I've been doing prenatal yoga and lots of kegels. I've been in a very positive mindset regarding birth and have been doing a hypnobirthing course. But these comments really bum me out.

Has anyone had a good birthing experience while having led a sedentary lifestyle?
