Pregnant or irregular

Hi ladies I’ve been on my kylenna Iud since my 6 week checkup after my son! Which he is 11 months now! I’m not going to lie we didn’t wait the 6 weeks to get intimate again and didn’t wait long after the iud insertion. I have been having a steady period while being on the iud until now. My last period ended on aug. 9th and currently 9 days late with no signs of it coming! I took a test 2 days missed period negative took one this morning and swore I saw a faint line!!! Should I call my doctor and am I tripping ? Need advice can someone help me has anyone ever gotten pregnant while on iud?
