Pregnancy symptoms but getting negatives?

Hi there!!

I was wondering if anyone on here had ever experienced it where HCG wasn’t detected in their urine and only in a blood test?? I’m considering ringing my doctor as when my period was due, I started bleeding a lot lighter 2 days before expected and only lasted 3-4 days Instead if my usual 7. Since then it’s been 2 weeks.

I’m approaching “ovulation” again but having sex is hurting for some reason. Again something I’ve never experienced before. My boobs feel swollen and tingly, and I have heart burn? Like crippling heart burn? Nausea, Backache, headaches, emotional? You name it - I have it.

Yet every darn test I take says NEGATIVE. I feel like I’m going insane!!

Please help 😭
