Yep. It's a regular part of my sex life with my boyfriend. I haven't had any horrid experiences cause we both did a lot of research, used a lot of lube and took our time doing it. I love it, it doesn't hurt if done right. Go slow, use fingers before anything else, get used to the feeling of having something enter your ass, every instinct is to push - don't do that, just relax and let him move in you and gently open you up. Personally I think it's easier to have a vaginal orgasm first whilst he's fingering you before entering your ass. I'd recommend using lube too, I didn't my first time and it was more uncomfortable than when we used lube. Done it twice. HURT LIKE HELL the first time. I was a little tipsy and I toughed it out but I actually told him "it's ok if you cum quick this time. I won't mind" 😂 my best advice would be USE LUBE, make sure you don't need to poop at all, have him maybe finger you back there. & DO NOT let him put it back in your vagina after. Was drunk both times so was probably more relaxed then being sober, but it was pretty good! Make sure you use A LOT of lube other wise it seriously burns! But you definitely need some foreplay on it before using his penis, get used to the sensation first because it's a different feeling!
