I don’t feel pregnant!

So I’m 14w4d along and I honestly do not feel pregnant. I’ve had very mild cramping (dr said that’s normal) and some fatigue and tender breast but all seem to be getting better. I had my 12/13 week appt a week ago and heartbeat was strong at 150bpm. But it’s my first pregnancy and just don’t know what to expect. I’m not showing and what belly is there I think is from bloating. Is anyone else going through the same thing? Im just nervous about a silent miscarriage but I’m probably overreacting. Help!!
