I actually thought i ovulated on cd14 and im on cd19 and took a test and it’s positive.is it possible to be ovulating 3 days before my period??? Please help!!

It depends how irregular you are or aren't. If your cycles never really change then this would be odd. Or if you are irregular then you might have just ovulated late. I'm in a similar situation I'm roughly 5 days late and I got a positive this morning. Looks like for me af won't be coming for at least two weeks lol but I'm super irregular so I expect to never ovulate when the app thinks I have.

Take a pregnancy test! I read that hcg and lh are chemically similar so lh tests may pick up hcg but not sure if this is true or not
