Which is harder on your body?
I started doing more physical household labor again recently, and I'm having a very hard time having the strength and endurance to move stuff all over, climb things, clean things, deconstruct furniture, carry boxes and things everywhere (also, in a dirty environment, bugs, fiberglass, dust, etc)... is it normal and struggle doing this 2-5 hours most days?
I have hiked a lot, and was more fit last summer, I usually would hike at least a couple hours on the weekends, sometimes several days out of the week, sometimes mostly uphill. And yeah it me slightly tired I guess? But it's not the same?
But I have not been walking as much either.
I'm really petite as well and underweight, so I think in general moving furniture and lifting things is harder on me?
How much physical labor can you do?! Should I be worried I'm not finding it easy?
