Swollen ankles?

Does anyone have swollen ankles? I thought this came much later in pregnancy but for the last two days I’ve woken up with one swollen ankle! Is this normal?! I’m only 5 weeks 3 days...

You need electrolytes - not just water to balance fluid. Sodium (salt) retains water and potassium (in fruits and veg) helps us release it. We also need protein to keep the fluid where it should be

I noticed my ankles get swollen after walking in the heat outside. I’m 6 weeks. Never woken up with them though. Maybe try drinking water before bed and compression socks
