37+4 💙 I had my 37 week appointment yesterday had progress from last one it wasn’t a lot but it was something. Last appointment I was dilated 1/2 cm dilated, very soft but 0% effaced, Yesterday I was 1 cm and 25% effaced baby is still head down!
