Help with contraception
So I'm 16, My mum wants me to go on some sort of contraception, but I'm not sure which is the best one for me, my periods are very irregular, heavy and very very painful, I'm sexually active and I'm forgetful when it comes to pills (so the pill is not an option) I'm not sure which is the best one to use for periods and to stop pregnancy, anyone got any ideas?
