Natural miscarriage

I’ve had an intuition I was miscarrying since I have had spotting since before my bfp. I’m about 6 weeks and have started bleeding more than spotting and it’s bright red like a period. Can anyone share their experience? How long did you bleed for? When did you ovulate after miscarriage? How long did it take for hcg to drop? Just want to know what to expect. We plan on starting to ttc again immediately.
