Anyone give birth at 28 weeks?

Have any of you ladies gave birth at 28 weeks? What was the out come?

Answer

I've spent some time in a NICU taking care of ~28 week babies (nursing school). They usually need help breathing (ventilator and medications) and obviously lots of time to grow. They are also at risk for infections and other complications. I've seen many of them grow to thrive.

A friend of mine gave birth at 22 weeks. Her baby is in the NICU and doing fine.
