HPT vs. Blood Work

I'm now 12 days late. Going to the doctor today for a routine yearly checkup and tell them what is going on. Just trying to get an idea of how many people have had the same issue and turned out to be pregnant with blood work. Some of my hpts looked faint but didn't want to get my hopes up.
