How long should I wait to reveal my pregnancy. I’m really early in. It’s my first and i don’t want to get hopes too up

I told my mom and sister as soon as I got a positive test and of course my husband. But I waited 11 or 12 weeks to tell other family members and friends

We told close family right after my first ultrasound at about 10 weeks, then announced to everyone else after I started showing around 18 weeks. Ok so I was really showing by then but hadn’t been in public so that was when I started to do more stuff and people might see me and I didn’t want people to just think I got fat because of covid 😂.
