Anyone have any tips or tricks for not been as emotional or hormonal? It’s becoming draining 😩
It’s a wild roller coaster of high anxiety, feeling frustrated then wanting to cry
I already suffer with bad anxiety and this pregnancy is making it worse.
My latest anxiety is about bub and constantly thinking something will go wrong (premature labour, stillbirth or defects)
It’s ruining my pregnancy journey 😭
