Heart beating out of chest feels like I drank an extra large coffee ?!

Also had a .2 temp dip this morning but I woke up with an extremely full bladder didn't get out of bed to pee but thought maybe that would affect it ? And I also woke up 45
Mins before my alarm and fell back asleep could this be why ?
